Coconut Soap / Incense Tray - Lotus
We primarily use these for holding soap or burning incense, but of course there are loads of opportunities for these decorative trays made from carved coconut shells. These are a great addition to an eco-home, a natural product which fits perfectly into any style of interior design.
The Lotus flower is a symbol of purity, regeneration and enlightenment. It's considered one of the most sacred plants in the world with particular common place among Eastern cultures.

Material : Coconut
Zero Waste: All of our materials are used, one way or another. We also purchase scrap materials from fabric suppliers to be used. Anything that makes it to a waste bin is sent to a professional recycling company or turned into eco-bricks. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replace, Repair, Refuse, Rethink and if you can’t do any of those, then give it someone who can!
Fair Trade: Extremely low-cost production means that the person who made your products must continuously struggle to support themselves and their families. We do not allow this to happen to our people. Our staff are our family. We are able to produce products at a great price point to local and international markets and insure our people have a healthy, rewarding job to come to each day. Anything less would simply not be right.
Local: Our products are made by local people, from local materials. Our Bamboo is sourced from Jati Luwih, our fabrics from a range of local companies. We help our local communities to grow and in the process we don’t have to make such a carbon footprint.
Community: This is a land where in only the past 2 decades plastic has been introduced on a large scale. The mentality still beleives that if you throw something away, it is gone for good. The reality is much different and the beautiful ancient waterways of the subak system are now lined with rubbish from the mountains to the sea, where the beaches and the Island’s surrounding marine life are smothered in plastic waste. We work with our staff and the local village community (the banjar) to help spread education in plastic waste.
